It’s not enough to get a message from point A to point B. Information needs to be secure, it needs to move across various platforms, and it needs to be reliably transferred. C6I works globally to erect and secure a range of networks to support the discreet and secure flow of information. The team has provided support in Afghanistan, Korea, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Continental United States (CONUS) locations for Army, Joint, and Navy customers. C6I has furthermore supported long-haul communications including MLOS (a terrestrial-based transmission system), microwave, satellite communications (SATCOM), and fiber optic dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) infrastructure. In complementing the communications initiative C6I provides, the team offers engineering and logistics support for Project Manager Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (PM WIN-T) SATCOM equipment.
